- Choose from 3 built-in skins: XP, Aqua, and Standard. The options XML file, loaded at run-time, determines the look that should be used for the FlashArea instance.
- Programmable symbol panel. Easily specify the range of symbol values that should be present in the "Insert Symbol" popup window.
- Advanced image inserter. Specify JPGs using internal or remote paths, and attributes like URL, Target, and Alignment.
- Easily instantiate an instance of FlashArea by adding a small bit of Javascript to the document footer.
- Toggle between WYSIWYG and HTML s.
- External language file for simple translation. The language strings are the tooltip phrases, and labels within popup windows of FlashArea.
- Specify several display properties using the external configuration file, like background color, border color, edge radius, and indentation.
